Themed on “Extra.Ordinary”, the 18th Macao City Fringe Festival invites audience to break through the restrictions and framework to rediscover the exceptional in everyday life, and to percolate from theatre spaces into every corner of the city, liberating creativity, injecting changes to daily scenes, and ultimately turning art into a daily routine.

Booking Guide


  • Tickets available through the Macau Ticketing Network from 10am on 9 December 2018 (Sunday);
  • Telephone and online bookings (local and overseas) available from 12 pm on 9 December 2018.



  1. 12% discount on ticket purchases over MOP200 for holders of BOC Credit Cards or BOC Card;
  2. Members of the CTM No. 1 Club can enjoy a 10% discount on ticket purchases at the Macau Ticketing Network outlets by presenting the Membership Card of the CTM Buddy APP.



  1. Audience members are strongly advised to arrive 10 minutes before the performances start. The Organizer reserves the right to determine at what time and in what manner latecomers are to be admitted;
  2. Fringe performances are suitable for audiences aged 6 or above, unless otherwise specified. If the programme indicates a specified age limit, the organizer reserves the right to request and examine the valid identity card of any child to determine his or her age, and to deny admission to any child if that is the case;
  3. All mobile phones, beeping and lighting devices should be switched off throughout the performances;
  4. Smoking, eating, drinking or possession of plastic bags and/or objects considered dangerous is prohibited in the performance venues;
  5. To avoid undue disturbance to the performers and audience members, cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the organizer;

  7. Seating is not assigned and is available on a first come, first served basis.
  8. The organizer reserves the right to change the programme and/or the cast of performers at any time;
  9. The Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao S.A.R. Government reserves the right of interpretation and final decision regarding any dispute concerning these terms.

Extended Activities Enrolment

  1. Online application will be open from 10am, 9th December. Telephone application will be open from  9am, 11th  December. Applications will be closed the day before the activity and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Due to limited availability, please inform the organiser as soon as possible if there is cancellation;
  3. Activities will be photographer or videotaped by IC staff for archival or evaluation purposes. Some of the photographs may be used for promotion of similar activities without consent from the participants in advance;
  4. The organiser reserves the right to alter activities.
