Sharing Session on Asian Arts Festivals

Festive event, with its recognised function of sustaining the development of a city, has become a craze nowadays. Given the growing number of arts festivals, will we have more competitions or collaborations tomorrow?
Key persons of large-scale Asian arts events will introduce various arts festivals and artist-in-residence schemes, sharing their experiences in joining events, acquiring resources and so on.
